Inspection and test:
Every piece of Sakhi cast steel
valves is subjected to 100% pressure tests according to API 598 or BS
6755 part 1 requirement. Manufacturer's material test report and
inspection certificates are available on your request. Sakhi can do the following test and inspection according to the requirement of order.

Low Emission Service Valves
Sakhi
offers low emission service valves. The valves comply with
environmental protection requirements. Our developed low emission
valves are designed, manufactured and tested to meet less than 100ppm.
Live-loading.
Two sets of plate springs maintain a permanent packing stress of
3500-4000psi. Live-loading extends low emission service life especially
in services with large pressure/temperature transients or frequent cycling.
Leak-off. For critical
service a lantern ring and double packing can be provided with a
leak-off connection. The leak-off is provided to allow collection of
leakage from the lower packing set.
Stem 16-32 RMS surface finish, straightness and roundness are precisely controlled. Stuffing box-Maximum 63 RMS surface finish. Cylindricity and
verticality are precisely controlled
